General Policy
All firearm and ammunition sales are final upon shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason other than verified shipping error or manufacturer defect.
By placing an order with Stronghold Armament, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Order Processing & Shipment
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Firearms will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) as required by law.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate FFL information at checkout or within 48 hours of purchase.
We will not ship firearms directly to a non-FFL address.
Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Upon shipment, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer or the buyer’s designated FFL.
All Sales Final Upon Shipment
All firearm sales are final upon shipment.
This means:
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, even if the firearm has not yet been transferred to the buyer by the receiving FFL.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally eligible to own and receive the purchased firearm before ordering.
Refusal or inability to complete the background check does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Cancellations may be accepted only before an order ships.
Once tracking information has been issued, the sale is considered final.
Approved cancellations before shipment may be subject to a [10–20]% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
Shipping Damage or Errors
If your firearm arrives damaged or the wrong product is shipped, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not accept delivery of a visibly damaged package without noting it on the carrier’s delivery record.
We will investigate and coordinate a replacement or claim as appropriate.
Returns due to shipping error or verified manufacturer defect are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Manufacturer Warranties
All firearms are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable.
Defective items must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
We will provide manufacturer contact details and documentation upon request to assist with warranty claims.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us by the carrier or receiving FFL:
The order will be considered forfeited.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for re-shipment if reapproved.
Fees & Charges
The buyer is responsible for all FFL transfer fees, background check fees, taxes, and shipping costs.
These fees are non-refundable once the order ships.
Non-Firearm Products
For non-firearm merchandise (e.g., accessories, apparel, optics, etc.), returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us for return merchandise autorization (RMA) prior to shipping.
A restocking fee may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
